Hi, I’m Lauren. I started Paprika Publishing to assist with publishing Thyme for Veg, a family cookbook that aims to make vegan, gluten free cooking accessible and delicious.

Paprika Publishing operates on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, where I also live and work.
